Job Description

The Cincinnati office of BakerHostetler is seeking an associate with 3 ? 6 years of experience to join its Business Group. The candidate will support a variety of corporate work including, M&A, joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters supporting in-house legal departments and operational teams of public and private companies. Qualifications include: Experience working on M&A deals, including preparing ancillary documents, performing due diligence, and preparing diligence reports Experience drafting LLC agreements and similar documents for corporate entities Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Superior attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills Comfortable with technology Admitted to practice law in Ohio Location: This position is located in Cincinnati, OH.
