Los Angeles based plaintiff-side complex/class-action litigation firm seeks associate with exceptional writing, research, and discovery skills. skills for its securities litigation practice group in Los Angeles. The firm specializes in securities, also practices antitrust, consumer, and intellectual property litigation, and seeks to advance justice and the public interest. The candidate should have 3+ 2-5 years of experience with complex litigation, as well as litigation experience, including significant experience with brief writing legal research and discovery practice in federal courts. The firm litigates at the trial, intermediate appellate, and supreme writing. Federal court levels. Law review, experience, judicial clerkship experience, and and/or knowledge of accounting are a plus. The firm consists of approximately 30 lawyers, plus support staff, and provides a collegial environment that allows junior lawyers to assume real responsibility, as well as the prospect for advancement.
