This Assistant District Attorney position is a full-time position to be filled in the District Attorney?s Office for Kenosha County, located in Kenosha, WI. This is a State position in the unclassified service.

The Kenosha County District Attorney?s Office consists of the District Attorney, Deputy District Attorney, 17 full-time Assistant District Attorney?s and one-half-time Assistant District Attorney. In addition, there are 15 support staff consisting of paralegals and legal secretaries, and six Victim Witness Specialists and an office investigator. Kenosha County utilizes a vertical prosecution model. In addition to criminal matters, the office handles CHIPS, Guardianships and TPR cases. The attorney hired to fill this position will be given the opportunity to handle all types of criminal cases.
