The District Attorney?s Office is recruiting to fill two full-time Assistant District Attorney (ADA) positions in the District Attorney?s office for Outagamie County, located in Appleton, WI. These are State positions in the unclassified service. These positions have an anticipated start date of Monday, October 6, 2025.

Salary Information
The starting salary for the position will be $78,686 annually ($37.83 per hour).
Job Details
Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.
Qualifications
Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired.
