Assistant Diesel Service Manager

Miller Transportation Group is hiring for an Assistant Diesel Service Manager for our diesel maintenance facility in Franklin, MA. The Assistant Manager will order parts work closely with the Service Manager and our customers and lead a team of Diesel Technicians.

You Will:

• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of diesel and refrigeration equipment

• Manage a team of Technicians to complete repairs on time
• Maintain the running cost within budget
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation and maintenance needs
• Order parts for the shop

Requirements

• Prior industry experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance Management as a Diesel Technician

• Experience leading a team
• Excellent customer service
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work: Monday through Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
