Miller Truck Leasing is hiring multiple experienced Diesel and/or Reefer Technicians to work out of our Franklin, MA shop. Ideal applicants will have experience working as a Diesel Technician and might have Refrigeration experience and an interest in advancing their career and technical knowledge. If you're an experienced Diesel Technician - we need you!

Diesel Mechanic Technician Duties:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles
• Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes (Company supplied OEM software) following proper warranty procedures
• Repair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignments
• Replace clutches & transmissions

Refrigeration Technician Duties:

• Perform general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 refrigeration vehicles
• Diagnose, document, and repair refrigeration equipment following proper warranty procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a diesel mechanic, reefer mechanic (with 608 certification), fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic
• Experience or formal training diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors or diesel refrigeration units
• A valid CDL (Class A or B) or the ability to acquire a Commercial Driver License with the assistance of our trainer
• Hand tools
• Ability to work: 1st shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
