Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to detailed work instructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working with tools, and enjoy being part of a collaborative production environment.

• Assemble mechanical extrusion frames with precision and accuracy.
• Perform light electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.
• Follow standardized work instructions and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Ensure quality standards are met through visual inspection and in-process checks.
• Use hand tools including screwdrivers, hex keys, drills, saws, and tape measures.
• Participate in the manual integration of large subassemblies into completed assemblies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet takt time and production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using a tape measure and performing accurate measurements.
• Ability to operate hand pallet jacks.
• Must be able to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train.
