The Office of the Kansas Attorney General?s Public Protection Division has a wide-ranging mission with one overriding priority: keeping Kansas safe. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Division?s Consumer Protection Section. The Assistant Attorney General (AAG) position in our Consumer Protection Division will represent the state in a variety of matters brought under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (KCPA). PRIMARY DUTIES
If selected, you would support our mission to protect the safety and security of Kansas families. You would be principally assigned cases involving the KCPA, the Kansas No-Call Act, the Kansas False Claims Act, and other areas as needed. You should be well-organized, self-motivated, and punctual. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
