We are looking for a talented

Assembly - Line 6,7,11, & 12

Production Associate

to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Oshkosh, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Ensure Safety : By promptly reporting hazards and incidents, and using appropriate personal protective equipment, you'll help maintain a safe work environment.

Promote Health : Engaging in HSE training and promoting interdependence will contribute to a healthier workplace.

Maintain Quality : Following standard work procedures and performing quality inspections will ensure high-quality production.

Identify Issues : Raising issues and controlling non-conforming materials will help minimize costs and quality exposures.

Achieve Goals : Operating equipment efficiently to meet production goals and maintaining a clean work area will support overall productivity.

Support Flexibility : Being adaptable and performing miscellaneous duties as needed will help meet production targets.

Collaborate Effectively : Communicating with your team and support staff will enhance teamwork and problem-solving.

Continuous Improvement : Participating in training and development, and actively seeking ways to improve processes, will drive ongoing improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Education/Experience:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Minimal or no work experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Train on 1st shift for up to 3 months depending on learning curve.

1st shift hours are from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

After training is complete, will move to 2nd shift.

2nd shift hours 3:30 PM - Midnight.

Compensation:

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate?s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
