The New York office are Kirkland & Ellis?s Antitrust Group is seeking highly qualified junior attorneys attorneys. Kirkland is regularly called on to join its growing Antitrust/Competition group. handle the toughest transactions and conduct investigations, including in situations in which the FTC or DOJ has unexpectedly signaled questions or concerns in an already-pending matter. Our team also regularly litigates against the agencies and state AGs. The ideal candidate will be interested in gaining experience in these and other complex matters, and have 1-4 years of experience focusing on transactional based work. Significant interest relevant experience, ideally in matters involving second request investigations or experience with merger reviews necessary.litigations. FTC/DOJ experience is a plus. Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $365,000.$310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
