Antitrust Associate

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its busy Antitrust practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in antitrust litigation and other commercial litigation. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Our Litigation Department represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represents clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm. Active bar license in Washington, or the ability to waive in, is required. The base salary for this position will range from $210,000 - $260,000 depending upon experience.
