Our Antitrust practice seeks a class of 2018-2020 associate with experience in handling antitrust merger-related investigations and litigation, including specific experience analyzing and preparing HSR filings. Candidate must exhibit Akin?s core values: future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. Our Antitrust practice group consists of former government officials, engineers and economists, authorities in international trade regulation, respected figures in public law and policy, and sophisticated domestic and international transactional and litigation counsel. Our lawyers are prominent in the antitrust bar, holding multiple leadership positions in the ABA. They offer broad experience and credibility with key antitrust actors across the globe.
