Position:Anodize Process Technician - Day Shift
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6AM to 2:30PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Anodize Process Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will help set up, enter, and maintain the process and instructions that guide how parts move through the anodizing process. Your work will play an important role in helping the team stay efficient, meet schedules, and keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update anodizing process routes and order details in the ERP/MRP system for all parts and products.
Assist in setting up the correct sequence of anodizing steps, equipment setups, and job requirements.
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure planned steps match actual shop floor capabilities.
Help estimate the time needed for each production step by reviewing past jobs or conducting time checks.
Provide process and routing information to support basic cost estimating.
Assist in preparing customer quotes and provide general customer support when needed.
Review and adjust routing plans when equipment, products, or processes change or improve.
Help create and update work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Follow all company policies, safety rules, and work guidelines.
Provide support for racking, unracking, and anodizing operations as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on knowledge of anodizing processes, line operations, and racking/unracking is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or on-the-job experience is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in anodizing or metal finishing.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or production tracking software is preferred.
Good understanding of production workflow, equipment setups, and labor time requirements.
Ability to read and follow basic technical instructions, production documents, or shop drawings.
Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process improvements is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar tools.
