Gas and Chemical Technician

Our client, a leader in the Pharma industry, is seeking a Gas & Chemical Technician to join their team. As a Gas & Chemical Technician, you will be part of the technical support team ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas and chemical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Gas & Chemical Technician

Location: Tualatin, OR

Pay Range: $27/hr

What's the Job?

Support technical demands of site gas and/or chemical equipment.

Perform cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems.

Conduct complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.

Ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures and safety standards.

Participate in preventative maintenance and training programs.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

1+ years of experience as a maintenance or equipment technician.

Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment is preferred.

Military mechanic training or Navy Nuclear power school experience is a plus.

Willingness to undergo random drug tests as part of safety compliance.
