Material Handler with Logistics

Our client, a leader in the Medical devices/Pharma/Semiconductors manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handler with Logistics to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the logistics department supporting a dynamic team.

Job Title: Material Handler with Logistics

Location: Tualatin, OR

Shift:

7AM - 4PM (Mon-Fri). Must be available to work 8 or12 hour shifts

Duration:

12+ Months Contract with the possibility to go perm

What's the Job?

Work on 8 or 12-hour shifts without supervision while acquiring fundamental knowledge of Specialty Gas and Chemical Products.

Collaborate with other logistics technicians to receive, ship, and move hazardous materials on site.

Engage in material handling tasks including ordering, receiving, inspection, delivery, pickup, and recycling.

Utilize ISO Quality Management practices and communicate effectively using written and verbal skills.

Perform physical labor associated with cylinder and drum movements, ensuring safety and compliance.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Experience with hazardous materials (gas or chemicals) is preferred.

Previous forklift and pallet jack experience is desirable.
