One of our companies is currently looking for an AI Engineer in India .

As an AI Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models that solve complex problems and improve operational performance. This role involves working with large datasets, performing data analysis, and developing AI-driven solutions that directly impact decision-making and customer experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for automation, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company through innovative AI implementations.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms tailored to business challenges.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for training and evaluation.
• Train, validate, and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and real-world performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI into production systems.
• Continuously refine models through hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and experimentation.
• Ensure robust documentation and adherence to software development best practices.
• Contribute to innovation by staying current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI or machine learning roles.
• Strong command of supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and statistical data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and data pipelines for handling structured and unstructured data.
• Solid understanding of software development practices including version control and testing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
