Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge AI solutionsusing Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Should have extensive experience in algorithms and statistics and expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, deep learning, and data mining.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and ability to operationalize and integrating leading machine learning and data technologies implementing best practices.
• Should have extensive experience with web technologies and building full-stack web applications.
• Developing and promoting machine learning models for tasks, as well as building and training working versions of those models.
• Design, implement, and integrate applications with internal and third-party API services.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Should have 5+ years of experience preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Daily hands?onwith generative?coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, etc.).
• 58 years of experience in Java/Spring Boot backend development (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven/Gradle).
• Good understanding of test frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), Swagger/OpenAPI, and REST API design.
• Proven experience building at least one of:
• Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Redis, Elasticsearch with kNN)
• Azure OpenAI, Cohere, or open-weight models via API
• RAG or question-answering apps inside a Java microservice
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation (GPT?Score, human eval), and latency/cost optimisation.
• Ability to explain GenAI concepts to engineers and non?tech stakeholders.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, troubleshooting, and agile development
• Should be Passionate for technology and eager to learn new trends
• Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders and team members

Preferred Skills :

• Fine?tuning experience (LoRA, RLHF) on open?weights models (Llama?3, Mistral).
• Prior enablement/teaching experience: brown?bags, internal courses, community blogs.
• Familiarity with LangChain4J or equivalent orchestration in JVM.
• Prompt engineering or tuning experience for large-scale GenAI use cases.
• Contributions to open'source GenAI repos or published AI case studies/blogs
