The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking After-School Childcare Teachers for our schools throughout Columbia and Blythewood. We are hiring immediately.
No nights! No weekends! And make a difference every day.
Pay rate of $14-$18 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Childcare Teaching Opportunities:
- School-Age Childcare Teacher full-time and part-time hours available
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app.
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ECD 101, CDA, or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- 30 days of paid teaching experience in a DSS licensed daycare center required.
- Ability/willingness to drive a small bus preferred.
