After School Teacher | Part-Time | Columbia

The Quest Zone Afterschool Program, a leader in afterschool programs, is seeking a part-time After School Teacher for our popular afterschool program in Columbia.No nights, weekends or holidays! We are hiring immediately and would love to meet you!

Pay range: $12 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Hours vary slightly by location. Monday-Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 or 6:30 p.m.
• Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing our innovative zone-based program.
• Organize experiences that promote student interaction.
• Infuse technology with project-based learning activities to build knowledge and enhance creative expression.
• Teach skills that transfer into continuous learning outside of the afterschool program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months in afterschool or childcare programs preferred.
• ECD 101 or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
