The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Fulfillment by Amazon Product & Tech.

Must have the ability to communicate well, manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously, and maintain professionalism in dealing with managers and executives.

Key job responsibilities

Back up of calendar and support and scheduling needs for leaders on FBA team.

Support logistics and planning for leadership meetings and ownership in managing events.

Manage space planning for office sites.

Coordinate travel and create detailed itineraries.

Complete and file expense reports.

Tracking and helping drive completion of deliverables and following up on open action items.

Special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

High school or equivalent

1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Are 21 years of age or older

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time

1 year+ experience with Executive Level Calendar Management

1 year+ experience planning, organizing, and supporting large meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience with end-to-end project management

Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes

High level of integrity and discretion

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
