Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting social workers with daily tasks

- Supporting and assisting clients and their families with daily tasks
- Researching and coordinating community services, such as food stamps and medical aid
- Assisting clients with completing paperwork for benefits
- Transporting clients or helping them find transportation
- Regularly checking in with clients
- Organizing and leading group activities, such as support sessions, games, and exercise classes
- Documenting client behavior, keeping records of assessments, and maintaining agency lists
Requirements and Qualifications
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in social work, social sciences, human services, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in social work may be beneficial
