We are looking for a caring and dedicated school social worker to help our students with their emotional and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include providing information, counseling students with personal and emotional issues, and addressing important issues in the school, such as attendance, drugs, pregnancy, and social problems. You will work with students one-on-one, in the classroom, or in group sessions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students with personal and emotional issues that affect their performance, behavior, and social skills in school.
- Offer counseling sessions, treatment plans, or workshops as needed and develop prevention programs and intervention plans.
- Talk to students to understand where they need help or counseling.
- Work with teachers and administrators to address behavioral and attitude issues by talking to students and finding the root of their problems.
- Refer students to outside services, such as shelters, food banks, and medical care, when necessary.
- Help students who are at risk or have disabilities.
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators to understand students' challenges.
- Maintain records and reports to track students' progress and issues.
- Assist students and families who are facing abuse, violence, hunger, or homelessness by connecting them with resources like shelters, food banks, and medical care.
Requirements and Qualifications
