We are looking for a detail-oriented quality control manager to make sure that our manufacturing production runs smoothly and produces high-quality products. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate customer needs and quality standards to production teams.
- Find ways to improve the manufacturing process for better quality products.
- Create and review specifications and procedures for products and train staff on how to use them.
- Set and monitor requirements for raw materials from suppliers.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff members.
- Ensure legal and safety regulations are followed.
- Oversee product development procedures to identify any quality issues.
- Inspect final products and approve or reject them based on quality standards.
- Keep accurate records and perform statistical analysis.
- Gather feedback from clients and attend meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
