Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain network infrastructure
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot network issues, and resolve them
- Maintain internet domains and improve intranet performance
- Conduct diagnostic tests on communication between computers, routers, modems, and servers
- Install, configure, and update networking equipment for end-users
- Optimize server capacity and performance to handle network traffic
- Create data security, backup, archiving, and retrieval procedures

Requirements and Qualifications
