We are looking for a responsible leasing manager to manage the rental of designated residential properties. The role involves advertising available homes, negotiating rental terms, and finalizing lease agreements. You will also be responsible for managing routine property maintenance.

To be successful as a leasing manager, you should be a skilled negotiator and have excellent attention to detail. You should also be considerate of tenants' schedules when arranging open houses.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • List available properties on relevant platforms.
  • Search for potential tenants.
  • Conduct property tours for interested renters.
  • Create a list of any repairs or improvements needed with input from tenants.
  • Prepare and sign lease agreements.
  • Schedule maintenance for properties as needed.
  • Address and document any violations of rental rules.
  • Renew lease agreements if desired.
  • Negotiate any changes to lease agreements.
  • Inspect properties before returning tenants' security deposits.

Requirements and Qualifications
