We are looking for a vigilant invigilator to help manage and oversee test conditions. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Dress professionally and avoid any distracting behavior.
- Distribute test materials to students before the exam begins.
- Patrol the testing area to maintain a calm and controlled atmosphere.
- Stay alert for any suspicious activity during the exam.
- Handle any cheating or rule violations calmly and discreetly.
- Provide additional answer booklets to students upon request.
- Accompany students to the restroom and make sure they sign a register to monitor their movements.
- Collect completed exams from students and ensure they are organized.
- Count all submissions to make sure they are complete.
- Safely transport all test materials to designated drop-off points.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of proper testing and invigilation procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and investigative skills.
