Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to the Immigration Program Manager.
- Collaborate with Regional Paralegal Manager and immigration attorneys.
- Manage cases from intake to filing.
- Prepare visa applications and other immigration documents.
- Process and file visa petitions.
- Organize petition packets for review and filing.
- Gather information from external parties.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their cases.
- Maintain physical and digital case files.
- Respond to immigration inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary program with law-related coursework.
- State-approved accredited paralegal certification.
- 2 years of experience working with a licensed attorney.
- Ability to work with immigration attorneys and paralegal managers.
- Extensive knowledge of visa and permanent residency applications.
