Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve HR management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry.
  • Strong data analysis and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
  • Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in database management and running SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with HR management software, such as Workday HCM, Criterion HCM, and PurelyHR.
