We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to oversee our HR technologies. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
- Analyze HRIS performance metrics and troubleshoot any application issues.
- Create user accounts, manage access, and update employee information.
- Perform system upgrades and provide technical support and training.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve HR management.
- Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and run diagnostic tests.
- Maintain databases, analyze data, ensure data accuracy, and run queries.
- Record and securely store HR metrics, such as attendance and employee performance data.
- Audit HR processes and documents, such as payroll and hiring, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in HRIS technology.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator.
- Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.
- Experience in performing diagnostic tests, documenting processes, and conducting audits.
- Proficiency in HRM software, such as Zoho People and Workday HCM.
- Strong collaboration, technical support, and training skills.
- Ability to keep up with new trends and innovations in HRIS administration.
