We need a friendly Customer Service Associate to quickly and kindly answer customer questions about our products. This person will help us keep customers happy by solving problems and talking to them in a positive, professional way. The job requires good listening and speaking skills, as well as being able to use a computer and type while talking to customers. The ideal candidate will make customers feel confident and trusted.

To be successful in this job, you should know a lot about our products and be able to communicate well. We're looking for someone who pays attention to details, is motivated, and has great people skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend training to learn about our products and how to give good customer service
  • Answer customer questions on the phone, in person, and through email, mail, or fax
  • Enter customer information into our computer system
  • Understand what customers need
  • Pass on questions to the right people or departments if needed
  • Contact customers to give them updates on their questions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Keep customer information up to date
  • Keep customer information private
  • Do other tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or similar
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar job
  • Complete our training program
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system is a plus
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office software
  • Good phone manners
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to sit at a desk for a long time
