Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and follow company policies and rules.
- Watch over all the ways our company works, including policies, investments, and procedures.
- Make and check control systems to deal with any problems with following rules and policies.
- Regularly check to see if the control systems are working well and suggest improvements.
- Review and look at the company's procedures and reports to find any potential risks or common problems.
- Work with other managers to review and improve their department's compliance policies.
- Do checks on the company's procedures and processes every so often.
- Teach employees about legal and compliance issues.
- Manage and lead a team of compliance officers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of the processes and rules in our industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great at analyzing things and organizing tasks.
