We need a smart person to join our accounting team and help us keep track of the money we make from selling goods or services. In this job, you will check account information, fix any mistakes, make sure bills are sent out correctly, and collect payments.

To be good at this job, you need to be good at researching, talking to people, and keeping track of things. You should also be very careful and organized, and good at math and using computers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check and record payments for goods or services sold
  • Fix any mistakes with accounts
  • Record all transactions
  • Keep track of payments and account statuses
  • Get information from other departments to make sure records are right and keep track of everything
  • Work with the collections team to look at accounts, payments, and credit history and come up with new or better payment plans

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Have a college degree in accounting, finance, or something related
  • At least 3 years experience in a job like this
  • Good at math, typing, and using bookkeeping software
  • Great at talking to people, figuring things out, and managing your time
  • Very careful, efficient, and responsible
  • Pay close attention to details
  • Build good relationships with clients and other departments in the company
