We are looking for a hardworking Accounting Assistant who can handle many tasks at once and has good communication and time management skills. In this role, you will assist the Accounting department with entering data, processing transactions, and creating reports. You will also help with audits and make sure all information is correct and organized. It's important to be accurate, honest, and have good bookkeeping skills.

To be a successful Accounting Assistant, you should know basic Accounting principles and be comfortable using computers and software like MS Excel or Quickbooks. You should also be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Helping the Accounting Department with tasks.
  • Doing basic office work, like filing, answering phones, and entering data.
  • Communicating with clients and vendors in different ways, like phone, email, and in person.
  • Processing transactions, writing checks, and updating records and budgets.
  • Creating financial reports.
