At Braven, we are dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders from all backgrounds. We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. That's why we are committed to providing young people from underrepresented backgrounds with the skills, experience, coaching, and networking opportunities they need to succeed in college and beyond.
Our flagship program, The Braven Accelerator, is a rigorous and relevant career readiness course designed for sophomores and transfer juniors. Through a combination of online and in-person learning, Braven Fellows gain the skills and experience they need to excel in the workforce. Our program is made possible through partnerships with educational institutions, volunteer professionals, and employers who share our belief in the power of diversity and inclusive leadership.
One of the key components of The Braven Accelerator is our team of volunteer Leadership Coaches. These dedicated individuals come from all walks of life and are passionate about ensuring that a person's background does not limit their opportunities. As they guide our Fellows through the program, they also develop their own leadership and management skills, as well as their network and connection to their community.
Through The Braven Accelerator, we are creating a diverse and inclusive pipeline of future leaders who are prepared to take on the challenges of our ever-evolving world. We believe that by providing young people with the tools and support they need, we can create a more equitable and prosperous society for all.
