In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and professional thumbnails tailored to our B2B audience. Your designs will play a crucial role in increasing the visibility and click-through rates of our video content. You will collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to ensure that thumbnails accurately reflect the content and resonate with a professional audience.

• Create visually appealing and professional thumbnails for B2B YouTube videos
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand video content and audience demographics
• Use graphic design software to produce high-quality thumbnail designs that meet brand standards

Requirements
