Youth Residential Clinician

The Homestead is an 8-bed psychiatric community home for adolescents ages 11-17 years. This Homestead serves adolescents at high risk for further psychiatric hospitalization for which all other community interventions have been exhausted. The program provides a multi-faceted, structured, comprehensive treatment program that focuses on mental health, special education, daily living skills, proper medical care, substance abuse prevention, and the recreational needs of our youth. The Homestead's primary goal is to reintegrate our youth residents back into the community with their families.

Position Title: Homestead Clinician
Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours/Weekly

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the intake process

• Provide case management, treatment planning, and appropriate discharge planning services to assigned caseload of clients, families and guardians
• Provide Individual and family therapy to caseload of 4 children
• crises counseling and support as needed
• Provide group therapy

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Human Services Field
• LAC/LSW Required
• LPC/LCSW Preferred
