Writs And Appeals Attorney

Richards, Watson & Gershon (?RWG?) invites candidates with 2+ years of litigation experience to apply for a position representing public agencies, primarily, as part of our Litigation Department. We seek candidates with experience litigating writs and appeals, CEQA, or other environmental laws. RWG litigators work on some of the most complex and important issues affecting Californians today, including housing, climate change, environmental laws, land use, inverse condemnation, regulatory takings, government transparency, and constitutional rights. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence. The salary range for this position is $141,600 ? $195,000, and represents the Firm's best estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, familiarity with relevant subject matters, litigation skill set, and business origination.
