WordPress Developer/Designer Internship

Key Responsibilities:

As a WordPress Developer/Designer Intern, you will:

• Utilize tools like Elementor, Gutenberg, and WPBakery Page Builder to design and develop fully functional, aesthetically pleasing WordPress websites.
• Ensure fast load times and smooth navigation to enhance user experience and site performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical WordPress issues that arise.
• Apply SEO best practices to optimize website content, images, meta tags, and site structure, driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in web design, WordPress updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

• A portfolio showcasing your previous WordPress projects, demonstrating your development and design skills.
• Strong knowledge of the WordPress CMS platform and popular page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery Page Builder). Experience with theme and plugin development is a plus.
• Understanding of web design principles, responsive design practices, and SEO best practices to create visually appealing and optimized websites.
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to create user-centric, brand-aligned websites.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote team members and clients. Ability to articulate design concepts and development solutions clearly.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude. A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with web design and technology advancements.
