Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the creation and refinement of instructional materials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement.
• Drive the optimization of the company website by implementing SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and increase user engagement.
• Prepare and refine detailed technical guides, reports, and presentations that support customer inquiries and internal operations.
• Oversee the timely and accurate updates of product listings on the company website to ensure product availability and relevance.
• Support the sales team by conducting advanced research on product specifications and applications, enabling them to provide precise and effective solutions to customer queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical support or related role.
• Proven track record in technical documentation, product evaluation, and SEO optimization.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members.
