Sam is redefining how women access expert guidance, offering a high-caliber, evidence-based support system tailored to the complexities of life's transitions. Launching in April 2025, Sam provides a trusted ecosystem of distinguished professionals delivering one-on-one expertise, curated resources, and a private, women-only community.

At Sam, we believe there are many ways to heal. We support women on their healing journeywhether they are navigating chronic conditions, cancer recovery, post-accident rehabilitation, or other life-altering health experiences. While we do not provide medical advice, we connect women with trusted wellness experts who help them rebuild their strength, restore balance, and regain a sense of well-being.

We are seeking wellness professionals with direct experience in:

• Chronic Illness Coaching Supporting women in managing lifestyle, emotional, and practical challenges related to long-term conditions
• Personal Training Helping clients regain physical strength and confidence in their bodies post-illness or injury
• Faith-Based Leadership Providing spiritual guidance for those seeking healing through faith
• Health Coaching Offering evidence-based support for sustainable wellness and preventive care
• Meditation Teaching Supporting stress reduction, emotional regulation, and healing through mindfulness
• Nutrition Guidance Providing tailored nutritional strategies to support healing and overall well-being
• Self-Love Coaching Helping women restore self-compassion and confidence throughout their healing process
• Spiritual Advising Offering a holistic perspective on personal growth, healing, and emotional well-being
• Somatic Coaching Using body-based techniques to help clients release stress, trauma, and tension stored in the body
• Yoga Teaching Guiding clients in movement and breathwork practices that support physical and emotional healing
• Mind-Body Coaching Integrating mental, emotional, and physical wellness to foster resilience and recovery

If you have 10 or more years of professional experience, a proven track record in coaching, teaching, or advising, and the ability to provide expert, evidence-based wellness support, we invite you to apply.

Requirements

• One-on-One Wellness Support Provide personalized coaching, movement guidance, nutrition planning, and healing strategies tailored to client needs
• Resource Development Contribute articles, guided exercises, and wellness programs to Sam's library
• Community Engagement Lead wellness workshops, live sessions, and healing circles
• Collaborative Support Work alongside experts in career, caregiving, and personal development to provide holistic support

• A commitment to Sam's valuescollaboration, evidence-driven strategy, and a focus on practical, results-oriented solutions
• A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the agility to problem-solve, adapt, and innovate in a dynamic consulting environment
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in wellness or adjacent fields
• At least five years of advising/coaching experience, demonstrating measurable success in supporting clients in their healing journey
• Relevant certifications and licenses, such as:
• Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, or Somatic Practitioner
• Faith-Based, Spiritual, or Mind-Body Training (if applicable)
• A four-year degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• A verifiable track record of client success, supported by testimonials, reviews, and reference checks
• Mastery of evidence-based, holistic wellness practices
• Strong digital presence and operational excellenceresponsive communication, proficiency with Zoom, LinkedIn engagement, and clear service documentation
• A compassionate, client-centered approach, with the ability to provide personalized and trauma-informed support
• A commitment to Sam's valuescollaboration, integrity, and a belief in the power of diverse healing approaches.

Compensation Model: Experts set their own rates for the services they offer on our marketplace platform and receive direct payment for client sessions. Sam provides a steady stream of clients, eliminating the need for marketing or self-promotion. Experts only pay Sam a commission fee on booked servicesallowing them to focus entirely on delivering high-quality support.
