Job Description

Winstead PC is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of experience for a position with our Wealth Preservation practice group in Austin working closely with Jordan Ware. The practice focuses on trust and estate planning for business owners, executives and/or high net worth Individuals and families. Additionally, the team prepares and negotiates mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures between various entities, including publicly-traded corporations, privately-held companies, family-owned entities and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (?SPACs?). Experience in trusts and estates is preferred, and candidates must want to focus on this area of law. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Trusts & Estates Experience: Trust and estate planning experience, premarital planning, wealth transfer planning, asset protection planning and business succession planning and administration of trusts and estates experience.
AmLaw 200 Experience: We looking for someone who is familiar with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
