We have an opportunity for an?Associate?Litigation?Attorney?with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our?Austin, TX?location! You?ll be a vital member of our team, with?hands-on?responsibility?for day-to-day case development?including?handling?depositions,?engaging?directly?with?clients,?collaborating?with?technical?experts,?managing?critical?discovery?tasks,?writing?and?arguing?motions,?managing critical discovery tasks, and?working?with?partners?through?trial. You?ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through?trial preparation and execution. This is a?hybrid?position, with flexibility to work remotely. • JD?from?accredited?law?school
• Active Texas Bar admission
• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in product liability or insurance defense.?

• Experience in Product Liability defense litigation?
• Understanding?of?current?state?and?federal?procedures
• Excellent?written?and?oral?communication?skills
• Attention?to?detail?and?commitment?to?excellence
• Ability?to?multitask?in?a?fast-paced?environment
• Strong?organizational,?time?management,?and?project?management?skills
• Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
