Job Purpose:

Provide Wardrobe services to Sycuan Casino and Singing Hill Golf Resort team members while maintaining uniform inventory and providing excellent internal guest service to team members.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time).

• Provide Wardrobe services to team members by adding, replacing, and removing uniforms assigned to team members as needed, assigning and reassigning lockers, and dry cleaning items to team members, training team members to use the garment system, reporting damaged uniforms, and notifying items to order to Wardrobe leadership.
• Provide team member with properly fitted uniforms by participating in new hire fittings by taking team member's body measurements, converting team member measurements data into the uniform garment tracking system, pulling appropriate uniforms from Wardrobe inventory, and issuing uniforms to new or transferring team members. Responsible for knowing all uniform products, looks, and pars per area.
• Verifies dry cleaning uniform items by counting and sorting uniform items sent and received, putting away returned dry cleaning to the appropriate inventory locations.
• Controls the quality of uniform inventory services by communicating operational or supply needs and quality concerns to Wardrobe Leadership and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment within the area of responsible. Participates in monthly/yearly inventory counts in assigned designated areas. Ensures the highest level of data integrity and accuracy when assigning and unassigning garments.
• Provide excellent guest service to all team members by greeting them and maintaining a positive attitude. Handles sensitive information and appropriately interacts with team members during fittings.

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience:

Essential:

• 1 year of guest service in a high-volume setting
• High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, of G.E.D.

Desirable:

• Wardrobe experience or fitting experience
• Basic sewing skills
• Garment Fitting Experience
• Working knowledge of Garment Inventory Systems
• Multi-lingual

Skills and Knowledge:

Essential:

• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft, Word and Excel
• Strong data-entry skills
• Ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to read, complete, and file forms/documents

• Ability to climb a 3-foot safety ladder
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to stand or hours at a time
