VP of Lifecycle + Client Development

Role Overview: Frida seeks a sharp, emotionally savvy, always-on professional to support one (or more) high-demand clients. This role calls for elite multitasking, split-second decision-making, and creative problem-solving in high-stakes environments.

Candidates must be unfazed by bodily fluids and stains and comfortable with constant interruptions, overstimulation, and rapidly shifting emotions. They must also respond to all calls and needs immediately.

Salary for this role is received in moments, not money.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development from conception to delivery and beyond.
• Respond to requests Monday-Sunday with support, patience, and snacks.
• Manage rising costs across categories, including food, clothes, and outsourced management.
• Organize daily routines, transportation, enrichment, and creative programming.
• Direct wellness checks and diagnoses for clients.
• Lead all public relations, including client appreciation social media posts.
• Stay on top of the latest technology, trends, and hacks.
• Navigate constant feedbackespecially about whether or not your client is wearing socks.

Qualifications:

• Thrives under pressureeven after pushing for 30+ hours.
• Available 24/7, including nights, weekends, and sick days.
• Capable of answering existential questions with no prep or sleep.
• Ability to stay calm when clients yell, fight, or publicly share confidential material.
• A self-starter with zero training needed.
• Proficient in planning meals, meetings, shopping, and travel.
• Experience in navigating high-stress negotiations, including when clients spit, bite, cry, and/or throw food in disagreement.
• Skilled at solving mysteries involving stains, rashes, and snotespecially in cold and flu season.
