- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver virtual therapy services. This role involves working with clients facing PTSD, behavioral concerns, and emotional struggles. You'll be part of a team that values client-centered care and supports therapists with the tools they need to succeed.
Your Role:
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' needs.
- Lead therapy sessions using methods like CBT and ABA.
- Provide PTSD-focused support in a structured therapeutic setting.
- Manage client cases, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Keep detailed and organized records aligned with ICD-9 standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care.
- Support families in strengthening their relationships through therapy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active California license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience in therapy and case management.
- Familiarity with CBT, ABA, and other therapy approaches.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
