Work Remotely as a Mental Health Therapist in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Your Role:
Guide clients toward personal and emotional wellness in a flexible online setting. Deliver impactful therapy sessions designed to inspire growth and clarity.
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Core Duties:
- Provide virtual mental health services tailored to individual needs.
- Assist clients with stress, motivation, and achieving balance.
- Collaborate with a team to improve service offerings.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits
Requirements
Qualifications:
- M aster's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure.
- Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
- Dedication to cultural sensitivity and affirming care for all individuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
