Licensed Therapist Work from Home with Competitive Pay

We're hiring LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs in California for a fully remote therapy position that gives you the freedom to work from anywhere while making a real difference.

About the Role:

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 $130,000 annually + benefits

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
Develop and adjust treatment plans to align with client goals.
Provide crisis support when needed.
Keep client records updated and compliant with regulations.
Work alongside a collaborative, supportive team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license (or ability to obtain).
