• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver virtual therapy services. This role involves working with clients facing PTSD, behavioral concerns, and emotional struggles. You'll be part of a team that values client-centered care and supports therapists with the tools they need to succeed.

Your Role:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' needs.
• Lead therapy sessions using methods like CBT and ABA.
• Provide PTSD-focused support in a structured therapeutic setting.
• Manage client cases, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
• Keep detailed and organized records aligned with ICD-9 standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care.
• Support families in strengthening their relationships through therapy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active California license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience in therapy and case management.
• Familiarity with CBT, ABA, and other therapy approaches.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
