Remote Mental Health Therapist Needed in California

We're seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide virtual therapy services across California. This role lets you focus on what matters mosthelping clientswithout the burden of administrative hassles.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Remote
• Hours: Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
• Salary: $110,000 $130,000 per year + full benefits

Key Duties:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy via telehealth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve treatment goals.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when needed.
• Keep detailed records that align with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay engaged with new developments in mental health care.

Requirements

Key Duties:

• Hold an active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.
• Have a Master's degree in Social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communicator with a passion for virtual care.
