Salary: $110,000$130,000 per year

In this Role, You Will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via live video, utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using assessments and progress measures to ensure client goals are met.
• Access continuous support from peers and supervisors, ensuring your growth and professional development.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work ( LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)) from an accredited program
• Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adult population
• Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor or Psychologist for at least 1 year
• Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
• Must welcome treating all populations, comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and committed to delivering culturally responsive care.
